The insights generated through structured consultations, digital surveys, and operational dialogues were embedded into the app’s advisory delivery logic, user engagement model, and compliance-support mechanisms — ensuring that the platform is contextually relevant, stakeholder-informed, and aligned with contemporary marine governance and climate resilience priorities.
