1.  Splash Screen: The application now starts with a new splash screen.
  2.  Language Selection: Users are prompted to select their preferred language upon launch.
  3.  Login Options: Users can log in either through OTP or Password, depending on whether they are new or existing users. (Password autofill will be implemented in the next version.)
  4.  New User Profile Setup: New users are required to complete a simple profile setup with minimal details.
     *   State, District, and Sub-District selections are dependent dropdowns. (In Next Version we will be make it in ascending order and we will try to make those in Regional Language also)
     *   Currently, Landing Centres are mapped at the State level; in the next version, this will be mapped at the District level.
  5.  Password Creation: Users can set a strong password containing letters, numbers, and special characters. The app prevents setting simple password
